HOCH baking WAFERS are available in rectangular form in the dimensions 60x100 mm to 400x650 mm and in a round form from Ø 36 mm to Ø 280 mm.
Our range of rectangular and round baking wafers can also be supplied as wholemeal, bio, spelt and gluten-free wafers.

HOCH fruit flan WAFERS prevent the flan becoming soaked by the fruit or filling. For rectangular flans, they are available in sizes from 122 x 202 mm to 400 x 650 mm and for round flans from Ø 175 mm to Ø 280 mm.

HOCH non-stick FLOUR makes it easier to remove cakes from the tin and protects against soakage.
